Check in is 4pm, and check out 10am.
Deposit: First night is due immediately to secure the booking.
Full payment: is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment: by Visa/Mastercard.
Minimum Age: The guest making the reservation is required to be 25 years or older.
Damage Deposit: A $500 damage deposit will be held on your credit card for the period of your stay. Should there be damage to the condo during the period of your stay, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation: If there is a cancellation, money paid will be refunded provided the dates are rebooked. A $25 administration fee will be charged for cancellation. If the cancellation is more than 30 days prior to arrival, the balance owing will not be processed.
Delayed arrivals or sub-optimal snow conditions are not the owner’s responsibility.
No Smoking. Should you smoke outside, please discard your cigarette butts and matches in the garbage, not on the deck or in the snow!
No pets.
Please keep noise levels down between 10pm and 8am
Terms of Eviction: smoking, pets, excessive noise, threat to common or private property, excess of maximum number of overnight occupants.
Housekeeping: Units will be clean and tidy on arrival. Please leave it reasonably neat and clean. For bookings of 8 days or more, units will be cleaned on the 5th day.
Telephone: is toll restricted. You will need a calling card or call collect for long distance.
Hot Tub: No glass or food in the hot tub. Should the hot tub need to be drained due to food, drink or excessive dirt, you will be charged a service fee of $150.
Litter: Please do not leave any litter - garbage, bottles, cans, cigarette butts etc. either outside the condo or on the decks and balconies.
